MEASURE · STIR · STRAIN
Build a smooth serving routine.
- Start with clean tools. Wash the glass, spoon and strainer before first use, then rinse thoroughly.
- Measure ingredients separately. Use a suitable measuring tool for your recipe. The mixing glass capacity is not a substitute for precise ingredient measurement.
- Add ice gently. Lower suitable ice into the glass without dropping heavy pieces against the base or rim.
- Stir with a light touch. Move the spoon around the inside of the glass. Do not use the spoon to chip ice or strike the glass.
- Strain with control. Remove the spoon, position the strainer securely and hold it in place while pouring through the spout into separate serving glassware.
CLEAN & STORE
Keep the glass clear and ready.
- Hand wash gently. Use mild dish soap, warm water and a soft sponge. Wash the accessories separately.
- Clean around the strainer coil. Remove trapped residue carefully, rinse thoroughly and dry before storage.
- Avoid thermal shock. Do not expose the glass to boiling liquids, direct heat or sudden changes between hot and cold.
- Inspect and store carefully. Do not use chipped or cracked glassware. Store the spoon and strainer so they cannot knock against the glass.
