SET UP & SERVE
Make the most of your service space.
- Start with a clean, dry surface. Place the mat flat on a level countertop, keeping the entire base supported.
- Arrange items securely. Set suitable glassware and tools on the raised surface and check their stability before pouring.
- Manage collected liquid. Remove items before lifting the mat. Carry it carefully to the sink and empty liquid before it reaches the rim.
- Protect the surface underneath. Lift the mat regularly to clean and dry the countertop. Remove trapped grit before replacing it.
- Use as a bar service mat. Do not cut directly on the silicone or expose it to open flames. No hot-cookware temperature rating is specified.
CLEAN & STORE
Ready for the next round.
- Wash before first use and after serving. Use warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge or brush to clean between the raised nubs.
- Rinse thoroughly. Remove soap and beverage residue from the channels, edges and underside.
